Position: HR administration front desk
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for receiving guests, notifying relevant personnel, and doing a good job of guest reception;
2. Responsible for the registration of express delivery;
3. Be responsible for the statistics of attendance, payment of administrative expenses, statistics and reimbursement, and daily administrative management;
4. Responsible for the recruitment, entry, signing, cancellation, renewal, termination and other affairs of the company's employees, as well as the preservation, sorting and filing of labor contracts;
5. Be responsible for the daily communication, coordination, answering and handling of problems of all partners of the company;
6. Responsible for the preparation of all kinds of copywriting and tweeting;
7. Responsible for part of purchasing and after-sales work;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, familiar with office software;
2. Good image and temperament, full of affinity, height more than 160cm, with certain business etiquette;
3. Have good communication and coordination ability, work carefully and actively.
